Check out John Mark Comer’s new book here.

This past month, I listened to Practicing the Way of Jesus on Spotify. Pro Tip: If you have a premium subscription to Spotify you have access to tons of free audio books! If you have never had Spotify premium, click this link for 2 FREE months. Cancel anytime. This is simply a free gift of 2 months of premium.

If you have Spotify Premium, you can listen to the audio book—read by John Mark himself—for free. I may buy the physical book at some point… It was that good. I would like it to reference and highlight. That may tell you how much I liked it…

Likes:

Like anything Comer writes, it’s full of references from Willard, Foster (partially whom my son is named after), church fathers, monks, and other spiritual formation writes—along with dozens of others. Comer loves quotes; but unlike average writers, Comer uses quotes in the best possible way. His writing and quoting are perfectly aligned and beneficial. Each quote is helpful and placed well within the deep thoughts Comer has to offer. The quotes are compliments to the thoughts of the writer. They are not forced or fluffy. Rather, they are powerful, informative, and illuminating.
