Welcome
Hey there.
I am a Pentecostal pastor in the Assemblies of God who loves liturgy, prayer, the Bible, theology, and reading.
A Penteliturgical Pastor is a collection of writings, devotions, and reflections from my deeply Pentecostal tradition. Follow along in my pastoral journey as we explore the way of Jesus through the illumination of the Holy Spirit.
I also have a specific newsletter, For Christian Parents, to help you understand how to guide your child toward Jesus.

About me:
I am a Kansas City native. Born and raised in the KC Metro, I love this community and the many relationships I have in my area. Growing up, my dad planted a church here in KC, so I have been around church my whole life. After high school, I moved to Springfield, MO, for a few years to attend college and seminary.
I graduated from Evangel University in 2020 (BS in Biblical Studies) and the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in 2022 (MA in Theological Studies). I was distinguished as the W. I Evans Outstanding Graduate—Evangel University’s Department of Theology and Global Church Ministries highest honor and award and continue to value education by reading and learning independently. After graduating from seminary, my wife and I moved back to KC to pastor with my dad at my home church.
Rebecca and I have two sons and enjoy spending time with our boys.
